Professional Development 1: What Is Your "True North"?
In your career, you will learn different skills and types of knowledge. We learn less about our own drivers. Asking, “What is your true North” can keep you focused on what is most important to you in navigating your career. Create with Anita and Joris  your own “Leadership and Professional Development Toolkit”.
Objectives: Objectives for professional development session 1 are based on Strategic Innovative Change Frameworks (Bruce Mau Design, Massive Change Network and Lencioni's Framework for Cohesive Team Development).

  1. To begin, you will develop your "Personal Manifesto for Growth" to start your own travel path in translational medicine. This is your personal “compass” to "be committed to your truth" within the context of translational medicine.
  2. Connect with yourself and your EUREKA Translational Medicine team, implementing Lencioni's model of group development.

These serve as your guide as you navigate your career in translational medicine.
